Rep3Net

Code repository for paper. Currently, all the experiments are executed using google colab, that's why only .ipynb files are available. This repo is primarily based on DGL LIFE SCI. If you have any query, please create an issue, we will try to solve it as soon as possible.

Environment

Currently, we are working with rdkit-2025.9.1, dgllife-0.3.2, dgl-2.4.0, torch-2.4.0
