[Enhancement] Customizable Title Bar Buttons

Currently, if the cursor is over any of these icons, the window cannot be dragged:

This makes the program feel clunky when the user is mindlessly trying to move the notes around.

Pretty sure an event just needs registering in WPF here?

Will need to look into this. They are buttons so generally shouldn't be used to move the window, but I see your point.

However it would be worse if the window sometimes slightly moves rather than actually doing the button action you were trying to click on. Default behaviour with most windows is you drag the empty part of the title bar.

Now that you mention it, I agree, and almost all other software seems to have the behaviour you described.

I think it's because the pin button is in the centre of the titlebar, which is where (or very close to) where most users naturally reach for when dragging windows.

Perhaps this is an X/Y problem and the better solution would be to dock the pin button to the left or right of the titlebar?

Think this is a situation where customization is needed, like with a tool bar. Could also allow people to add other buttons like minimize.
