ValidateVector error in irregular grid #55

Description

@Joao-AEGIR

Hello,

I am using BellhopCxx to approximate the intensity loss of undewater passive sensors. In my case I am interested in the intensity loss at several specific points and not in a grid.

When using BellhopCxx with "Irregular" calculation mode, the program returns the "ValidateVector: Receiver ranges are not monotonically increasing" if two recievers are located in the same range, even though they have different depth and bearings.

There should be no checks for DepthArray values in irregular mode as two recievers could technically be in the same range. For now I can avoid this error by adding a small value to the range ( from 1.5 -> 1.50005). However it is a bug nonetheless.

Thanks!
