Describe the feature request in as much detail as possible
It would be nice to have a command where we can do [p] tickets closerequest time reason So it would be [p] tickets closerequest 24(defaults to hours) resolved. this would then ask the user who opened the ticket if it's okay to close and if they don't accept or deny it would then close the ticket in the set amount of time
