Does not work with Acumatica 2022 R1 or later...

The connector does not work with Acumatica release 2022 R1 or 2022 R2. Acumatica has not committed to a timeline for upgrading the connector, and Smartsheet is using this as an opportunity to sell their "Data Shuttle" connector. Unless Acumatica or someone else is willing to update and share their solution, this connector is effectively dead. I find it somewhat surprising that this has fallen to the side so soon given that Acumatica was really promoting it at Summit 2020 and still promotes it on their website.

All the time Acumatica has no native sub-task capability within Project Accounting / Construction, no planning board for construction and no visual planning tool with dependancy this integration is much needed. Unfortunately I do not personally have the skillset to keep this maintained. I very much welcome your comment @famadoz and feel your pain @ScottMichael-CSS. I recently received a notification from Acumatica that 2021 R1 is EOL from Jan '23 so it won't be that far in the future that 2021 R2 also goes that way, meaning customers will not be able to upgrade and VARs will be penalised for not keeping their customers up to date with the latest release. I would welcome any comment or suggestion as to how we can resolve this challenge before it becomes a real problem for customers and partners alike whilst we still have a reasonable time window ahead

@famadoz Thanks for your updates above. I'm getting an error when attempting to get the Smartsheets token from the user profile in Acumatica. When I select ALLOW on the popup I get an error message and am unable to connect Acumatica to Smartsheets. This occurs in 2022 R1 and 2022 R2. Any thoughts on remediation?

Hello, Absolutely, thanks for getting back to me. The error occurs after the “Create New App” in Smartsheets is done and after the credentials are setup in project preferences screen. See steps below. 1. Select GET SMARTSHEETS TOKEN from User Profile page in Acumatica 1. Click ALLOW in the popup 1. Once I click ALLOW I get taken to the Acumatica login screen (for the site I’m already logged into). I sign in and get this error. @ash6872 please replicate the error. After you get it, click on "Show Trace" and send a screenshot of that.
Is there anything particular about this tenant/instance? Is the login managed in the typical way or do you use Active Directory?

Thanks for the work on this and we have it working in 2022 R2. We tried to upgrade to 2023 R1 and it fails publishing in 23R1
