Use of culturally sensitive materials should remain respectful of:

  • community practices,
  • cultural stewardship principles,
  • and applicable Gambian law.

5. EDUCATIONAL & INSTITUTIONAL USE

Educational institutions, NGOs, ministries, collaborators, and community organizations may request:

  • institutional success,
  • funding,
  • or uninterrupted repository availability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Gambian law, AIWA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages arising from the use of these Materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
