- and applicable Gambian law.
Educational institutions, NGOs, ministries, collaborators, and community organizations may request:
- pilot participation,
- curriculum review,
- educational collaboration,
- or institutional partnership
through separate written agreement with AIWA.
No institution may publicly represent itself as officially certified, endorsed, or formally partnered with AIWA without written authorization.
AIWA supports responsible educational participation, contributor protection, literacy advancement, and safeguarding principles.
Users of these Materials should respect:
- participant privacy,
- informed participation,
- educational safeguarding standards,
- and applicable Gambian legal obligations.
The Materials are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
AIWA makes no guarantee regarding:
- educational outcomes,
- publication outcomes,
- institutional success,
- funding,
- or uninterrupted repository availability.
To the maximum extent permitted under Gambian law, AIWA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages arising from the use of these Materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of The Gambia.
Any dispute arising from these Materials or their use shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of The Gambia.
Disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.
