Add handoff notes for session continuity

Documents the full loop (bottleneck -> argue-then-build -> gate ->
adversarial review -> merge), raw command recipes,
the brief template that has one-shot phases, kill/resume recovery
procedures, regression baselines, and the non-negotiables — so the
project can be driven from a bare terminal session.
