chore(deps): bump apodex-agent-core to 0.12.2

Picks up the Anthropic rolling cache-breakpoint fix (breakpoints no longer
land on the per-turn transient runtime addendum) and the empty OpenAI key
construction compatibility fix, via the shared kernel rather than copying
provider code.
