FrontierAgent added to the AgentManager tool catalog

Hi FrontierAgent maintainers — I maintain AgentManager, an open-source CLI/TUI for discovering, installing, and updating agentic developer tools.

FrontierAgent is included in our supported-tools catalog as frontier-agent. The entry links to this repository and records its installation methods and version-detection command.

To load the current catalog and inspect the entry:

agentmgr catalog refresh --force
agentmgr catalog show frontier-agent
