fix: install felix and mcp extras in scheduled Benchmark smoke (#63)

The weekly Benchmark workflow only installed the dev extra, so default
felix smoke exited 2 with felix-agent-sdk missing. Install the same
dev+felix+mcp extras as CI smoke, and use --smoke-test instead of the
deprecated --dry-run alias.
