Could not resolve plugin artifact in repository

I tried to connect plugin and going through readme guide but ran into a problem. Gradle can't resolve it and I have this error message:

A problem occurred configuring root project 'prequelandroid copy'.
> Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'.
   > Could not find com.archinamon:android-gradle-aspectj:4.3.0.
     Searched in the following locations:
       - https://dl.google.com/dl/android/maven2/com/archinamon/android-gradle-aspectj/4.3.0/android-gradle-aspectj-4.3.0.pom
       - https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/archinamon/android-gradle-aspectj/4.3.0/android-gradle-aspectj-4.3.0.pom 

What am I doing wrong? Is this project still maintained?
