[clinical-curation] Verify Turkish display strings against Türk Tabipleri Birliği convention

src/syntha/locale/turkish.py has clinical-Turkish display strings for every Condition/Observation/Procedure. These were translated mechanically. Need a review pass by a TR clinician to flag any that don't match how the term is actually used in TR clinical practice (literal-translation false-friend vs. preferred clinical Turkish). 30-min skim, no coding required — just paste suggested replacements in the issue.
