Summary

A hub for sharing enhancements or saves with other users. ROMs are not allowed

Motivation

Makes for a nice ecosystem for users that other frontends like RetroArch probably don't have.

Proposed Solution

Using s&box's integration with the Steam Workshop. Addons are not feasible currently, waiting for future updates to resolve this
