Root cause
The scheduled qualification asked the provider for exactly one raw stream message and treated that single message as if it had to be a valid persisted position observation. The latest run connected but the first returned message produced zero valid observations.
Fix
Inspect up to five filtered AIS messages while preserving the existing requirement that at least one valid observation be persisted and that AISStream be marked ONLINE.
Scope
One numeric workflow parameter changed. The evidence and qualification assertions remain strict.
