SmallBiz_or_LargeCorps

Are small businesses (Size Code 1-3) or large corporations (Size Code 8-9) responsible for more of the total wage growth in California?

Rationale for the Project A new administration wants to know if small businesses or large ones play a more significant role in the wage increment of California workers. Utility: Informs government policy on small business tax credits versus corporate incentives.

Code summary The code pulls the average wage of workers in small businesses only and then the average wage of workers in large businesses only - to draw a comparison and see which pays higher wages overall.

Dataset(s) Used The dataset used is the official QCEW (Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages) data for California from 2004-2007, gotten from data.gov website.
