How translate?

In the public/libs/tinymce/langs folder, there is a file that tell to use https://crowdin.com/project/tinymce to translate. Is it still use? When you go on the site and choose a language, there is only 50 translations avalable to do, and not even the same depend the language chosen, it's just really weird, doesn't looks it's the actual way to translate Fantasy Map Generator, especially when there is some languages 100% translate (even if not 100% checked), but in the public/libs/tinymce/langs folder, there isn't any of these translation file.

Hello. tinymce is an package for the note editor, it's not the whole application and not even a significant part of it. The translation POC is here: #1354
