…ces-post.ps1 (Azure#50890) * [healthdataaiservices] Replace fixed sleep with bounded storage readiness retry in test-resources-post.ps1 - Retry container access and each blob upload with exponential backoff (5s->30s, 300s cap) instead of a fixed 30s sleep; fail with a clear propagation error on timeout. - Resolve the test data folder from $PSScriptRoot and upload files only. - test-resources.bicep: use supported DeID API version 2024-09-20 and set principalType: ServicePrincipal on the managed-identity storage role assignment to avoid PrincipalNotFound replication races. …ure#50294) * Fix storage service-version gates for all-version tests The all-versions matrix configures AZURE_LIVE_TEST_SERVICE_VERSION using enum names such as V2021_06_08, while @RequiredServiceVersion uses wire values. For example, QueueServiceAsyncApiTests requires "2026-02-06". The gate compared both values using Enum.toString(), so "2026-02-06" was unresolved and returned ordinal -1. As a result, the 2026-only test ran against the 2021 service version instead of being skipped. Resolve enum names and wire values explicitly, and reject unknown versions rather than failing open. * add skips when version does not exist with warnings for skips when a service version is not found * fails for unknown service versions, defaults to latest when version not provided
