Description

Pin the GitHub Event Processor install in .github/workflows/scheduled-event-processor.yml from 1.0.0-dev.20260403.1 to the published 1.0.0-dev.20261026.5.

This incorporates Azure/azure-sdk-tools#17403: non-draft pull requests whose titles start with the exact case-sensitive [AutoPR prefix are protected from stale labeling and closure. Draft AutoPRs retain normal handling.

Only the install version changes. Schedules, event.yml, event-processor.yml, and all other pins are unchanged. No SDK packages are changed or regenerated; swagger spec links are not applicable.

Validation: verified the diff contains exactly one removed line and one added line, both the expected version pin; git diff --check passed. The scheduled workflow passed actionlint v1.7.12 (matching repository CI), with external shellcheck and pyflakes checks disabled. SDK builds and tests are not applicable to this workflow-only pin. Repository actionlint and protected-file checks will run in CI.

🔵 Needs a closer look

The upstream fix is merged, but publication of the exact pinned package and its inclusion of that fix remain independently unverified.

Closing in favor of updating the canonical scheduled event processor workflow in Azure/azure-sdk-tools and distributing it through the supported workflow sync pipeline.
