Update xpower-flow-card.js

## v1.3.42

**Frame scales with the card**

- The frame stroke now scales with the card's width, like the rest of the SVG content: about 0.75px on a phone, 1px on a desktop, 2px on a TV, capped at 3px (never below 1px on standard-density screens). On large screens the fixed-width line was nearly invisible
- An explicit `--xpf-frame-width` (theme or card-mod) still takes precedence
- The density media query from v1.3.44/45 is removed; the width is now computed in `_ringPath()` and recomputed on every resize
