Update xpower-flow-card.js

## v1.3.46

* New optional `weather_entity` (any `weather.*`): the sun icon now shows the current conditions (partly cloudy, cloudy, rain, heavy rain, thunderstorm, snow/hail, fog, wind)
* At night (sun below the horizon) the sun turns into a moon, with the same weather overlays
* Self-sufficiency badge: larger leaf icon (7 px → 10 px)
* Weather temperature and humidity fall back to the weather entity attributes when `weather_temp` / `weather_humidity` are empty
