Add changelog entries for version 1.3.41

## v1.3.41

**Frame polish and editor gap**

- `max-resolution` is only honoured from Safari 16, so the density query now also carries `-webkit-max-device-pixel-ratio`; older Safari no longer gets the 0.75px frame on a standard-density screen
- Badge and sunrise/sunset timers are cleared on disconnect, so a dashboard view change no longer leaves timeouts pointing at destroyed nodes
- Frame hit path carries a `<title>` with the self-sufficiency label and the ring SVG is no longer `aria-hidden`, so screen readers announce it
- Frame path is rebuilt on theme change, picking up a different `--xpf-radius`
- `sparkline_shared_scale` is now in the visual editor (Sparkline scale: Independent / Shared)

- Frame is thinner and softer by default: 0.75px on high-density screens (1px on standard ones), segments at 70% opacity, so it no longer outweighs the data at night
- Themeable via `--xpf-frame-width` and `--xpf-frame-opacity`; the path inset follows the actual stroke width, so corners stay concentric at any value
- Segment placement now favours the smaller segments (weight 1/f²): a minority source stays centred on its own side, e.g. a 20% grid share sits on the left instead of being pushed to the top by a dominant battery, while the dominant segment flexes
