Redesign self-sufficiency donut for mobile clarity

**Self-sufficiency donut, redesign**

- Ring enlarged (`r` 13.5 -> 22) and thinned (`stroke-width` 7 -> 5) for clear legibility on phones; badge recentred to `498,30` and kept fully inside the viewBox
- Single static leaf glyph pinned in the centre above the percentage, replacing the three leaf/battery/plug icons that orbited each segment
- Percentage font scaled up to match the larger ring (10.8, 8.5 for `100%`)
- Segment split (green solar / orange battery / red grid) and the 0.6s smooth transitions retained
- `_auMove` helper and the `.au-ic` CSS rule are now unused
