Repository Disclaimer and Data Governance Notice

1. Exclusive Use of Mathematical Equations and Formulas

This repository contains code, algorithms, and modules built exclusively upon public, standardized mathematical models, clinical equations, and established medical formulas.

CRITICAL NOTICE: No clinical patterns, diagnostic outputs, or software calculations generated by this codebase are derived from real patient records, live hospital telemetry, or individual clinical histories. All processing logic relies entirely on static, objective mathematical rules and open-science medical equations.

2. Absolute Exclusion of Protected Health Information (PHI)

This project strictly enforces data minimization and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and GitHub Sensitive Data Policies.

  • No Real Patient Data: Absolutely no Protected Health Information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII), or live clinical metrics are stored, processed, or permitted within this codebase.
  • Synthetic Testing Only: All integrated unit tests, continuous integration (CI) workflows, and sample inputs rely strictly on synthetic, anonymized, and mathematically generated mock datasets.
  • Developer Mandate: Committing or uploading real-world patient profiles, hospital database dumps, or actual clinical logs to this repository is strictly prohibited.

3. Warranty and Professional Clinical Liability

This software is provided "as is" for institutional research, development, and administrative simulation purposes.

  • This repository does not provide medical advice.
  • The embedded mathematical formulas are not a substitute for the independent professional judgment of a licensed medical practitioner.
  • The repository maintainers and authors assume no liability for clinical decisions, diagnoses, or treatment plans informed by the execution of these code-based equations.
