This copilot-instructions.md file is only certified for VS Code with GitHub Copilot. Any other IDE/upstream provider that will be certified in the future will get its own repository under my profile.
What we can currently tell:
- Even after the billing system revamp, there won't be a meaningful difference in token use/request cost. Ignorance is bliss (quasi-experts that never even touched an instructions file will be adamant you'll run into high costs)
