Bump flutter_lints to ^6.0.0 in cached_network_image (#1054)

flutter_lints 6 enables unnecessary_library_name, which failed analyze on
the Dependabot bump. Drop the library name, keeping a bare `library;` so
the library doc comment stays attached.
