feat: run installed app elevated for full-drive coverage

Set win.requestedExecutionLevel = requireAdministrator so the packaged exe
manifest requests UAC elevation on every launch. This lets the scanner read
protected/locked files (pagefile.sys, hiberfil.sys, other users dirs,
protected Windows folders) that were previously skipped, so the scan total
now matches the drive's actual used space. Verified the embedded manifest.
