Request List Not Fully Visible; “Clear All” Button Placement Issue

Test Step:
1.Open the screen that shows requests.
2.Ensure there are more than 7 requests in the list.
3.Observe the visibility of all items and the placement of the Clear All button. |

Actual Result:
The list is not fully visible, and some items are hidden. The Clear All button placement affects visibility.

Expected Result
The entire list should be scrollable and fully visible, and the Clear All button should be placed at the bottom without obstructing the list.
