Issue Description
Alignment issue in the profile, if recipient enable and then disable his video

Test Step
1.Open a chat with a recipient.
2.From the recipient side, enable video.
3.Open in full screen
4.Then disable the video.
5.Observe the profile UI.

Actual Result:
There is an alignment issue in the profile UI after the recipient enables and then disables the video.

Expected Result
The profile UI should remain properly aligned after enabling and disabling the video.
