Mouse cursor changes to pointer when hovering over the quote view of social group and document messages

Issue Description
Mouse is pointer if user mouse over the quote view of the social group and documents before sending messages

Test Step:
1.Open a social group chat.
2.Select a message or document to quote (before sending).
3.Hover the mouse over the quote view area.

Actual Result
The mouse cursor shows as a pointer (clickable) when hovering over the quote view.

Expected Result
The mouse cursor should not appear as a pointer unless the element is clickable. It should display the appropriate cursor (e.g., default/text cursor).
