For Subject_0239, I merged its two sessions, from ARI HFS into ARI HFS - New Projects on XNAT. After the merge, the resulting session on ARI HFS - New was missing the ASL multidelay scan.
I then tried to download that scan separately and upload it back, but in the XNAT client it remains stuck in “archiving”. It does not show up in the prearchive and is not added to the session.
Could you please check whether this is an issue with the merge, the archive process, or something specific to this scan?
