title: "BioSymphony GeneCluster"
abstract: >-
An agent skill for finding biosynthetic gene clusters and assembling pathway
evidence across genomes and transcriptomes. Drives a pathway, a target
molecule, or an evidence gap through a multi-stage comparative-genomics
campaign that scouts public plant, fungal, and microbial sources, finds
candidate genes via homology and structure search, anchors them to clusters
via synteny and neighborhood capture, detects biosynthetic gene clusters
with BGC callers, scores function across a tool jury, checks pathway
completeness, and produces a reviewable pathway evidence package. Applications include
bioprospecting toward target molecules, pathway gap-filling, comparative
atlas building, novel-cluster discovery, and next-experiment design.
Provides source and query ledgers, route cards with claim ceilings,
candidate-search contracts, evidence normalizers, reviewable pathway outputs,
provider-neutral launch bundles, and a 25-tool integration kit. Designed for
Claude Code, Codex, Symphony, and other agent orchestrators.
