PATENT LICENSE NOTICE:

1. Non-Commercial Use:
   The copyright owner grants a royalty-free, non-exclusive license under any
   applicable patents to use, make, and distribute this software for
   non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the MIT License above.

2. Commercial Use:
   For commercial use of this software, please contact the copyright owner
   to discuss patent licensing terms. Commercial use without prior written
   agreement may require a separate patent license.

3. No Patent License for Modifications:
   The MIT License above grants permission to modify and create derivative works.
