The actions actions/setup-node@v6 and actions/setup-python@v6 are not allowed in BlackRoad-AI/RoadCode because all actions must be from a repository owned by your enterprise, created by GitHub, verified in the GitHub Marketplace, or match one of the patterns: BlackRoad-AI/*, BlackRoad-Forge/*, BlackRoad-OS-Inc/*, BlackRoad-OS/*, BlackRoad-Security/*. All actions must also be pinned to a full-length commit SHA.
