Adds Join/Leave to the shared community action menu so users can subscribe to a community directly from the post actions submenu, not just from the dedicated join button.

The small-screen community sidebar showed both a CommunityJoinButton and an ellipsis menu side-by-side. Now that the menu's useCommunityActions handles join/leave, the standalone button is redundant here.
