QObserva Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for contributing to QObserva.

To ensure the long‑term sustainability of the project and protect both the community and BuildersArk LLC, all contributors must agree to the following terms.

1. Definition of Contribution

A Contribution means any code, documentation, configuration, patch, pull request, or other material submitted to the QObserva project repository.

2. Grant of Rights

You grant BuildersArk LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to:

  • use
  • reproduce
  • modify
  • sublicense
  • distribute
  • commercialize

your Contribution as part of the QObserva project.

3. Ownership

You represent that:

  • you created the Contribution, or
  • you have the legal right to submit it.

You also represent that submitting the Contribution does not violate any third‑party intellectual property rights.

4. License Compatibility

You agree that your Contribution may be distributed under the QObserva Community License or any future license adopted by BuildersArk LLC.

5. No Obligation to Accept Contributions

BuildersArk LLC is not obligated to accept any Contribution and may reject or modify submissions at its discretion.

6. Acceptance of Agreement

Submitting a pull request, commit, or patch to the QObserva repository constitutes acceptance of this Contributor License Agreement.
