pages: evaluate changing AngualJS code to full jinja templates

• Homepage has non-interactive elements i.e. not javascript is needed
• Landing page - check if we can remove AngularJS and keep only relevant JS.
• Check if we can feed all the needed information in a jinja template
• This will improve the loading time of the page and additionally when the user is anonymous the page should be cached.
