Defer Resurrection and reorder the V4 milestones around vanilla
V4 now covers vanilla Sekiro only. All Resurrection mod work moves after v4.0.0; whether it lands in a v4.x release or after V5 is the owner's call. Every dataset still carries its ruleset label, so Resurrection can be added later without reworking vanilla data. The milestones now follow the v4.0.0 boundary: - M1–M5 are unchanged. - M6 is product integration (was M7). - M7 is public deployment (was M9). - M8 is boss expansion (unchanged), which starts after v4.0.0. - Resurrection mapping becomes a deferred section (was M6). Updated in CLAUDE.md, ROADMAP.md and ROADMAP.zh-CN.md. The moved sections keep their wording apart from the headings and the notes saying they are deferred.
