Imports git-filter-repo'd history of Canner/wren-engine. Module directories moved under core/, docs/ moved under docs/core/, example/ → examples/. Modules dropped from import: ibis-server, mcp-server, wren-core-legacy, skills-archive.
- wren-mdl/ → core/wren-mdl/ (MDL JSON schema kept on new main) - wren-ai-service, wren-ui, wren-launcher, docker, deployment, wren-engine, misc, and root markdown files removed; preserved on legacy/v1 for reference. The new main is focused on the Open Context Engine: core/, skills/, sdks/, examples/, docs/.
Replaces the pre-import description (wren-ui/wren-ai-service/wren-launcher, GraphQL/Apollo, Python pipelines, Docker stack) with the post-import core/ modules (wren-core, wren-core-base, wren-core-py, wren-core-wasm, wren, wren-mdl). Notes that legacy services live on legacy/v1 / v1-final.
The duckdb-tpch-example was wren-engine's docker-compose example for the old ibis-server stack and is no longer relevant after the import. examples/README.md only pointed at this single example, so it goes too. examples/ will be re-populated for the Open Context Engine layout.

⚠ Use "Create a merge commit" — NOT squash, NOT rebase. The 2-parent merge in
01b5b6a6is what preserves authorship/blame for ~5,300 wren-engine commits. Squashing would flatten everything into one commit and destroy history.CI workflows here will fail because they still reference legacy paths (
wren-ui/,wren-ai-service/,wren-launcher/). That's expected — workflow rewrites are a separate Phase 3 PR.Test plan
