[Feature Request] Add Demon Route as a provider (OpenAI-compatible, privacy-first, 1,100+ open models) #6915

Add Demon Route as a built-in provider option. NextChat already supports custom OpenAI-style endpoints via BASE_URL / OPENAI_API_KEY and the in-app "Custom Endpoint" setting, so a Demon Route preset (base URL https://api.demonroute.com/v1 + key) would be a very small change.

🧐 Proposed solution

Demon Route is a prepaid, privacy-first API gateway for open-weight and uncensored models behind one OpenAI-compatible endpoint. For NextChat's self-hosters, especially those deploying public or shared instances, it offers things OpenRouter and direct frontier providers don't:

• No IP logs and anonymous accounts (username/password only, funded with crypto), so no personal identity is tied to keys deployed on Vercel/Docker.
• 1,100+ open-weight and uncensored models through one key, instead of being limited to a single vendor's moderated lineup.
• Prepaid per-token pricing with a hard stop at $0: no overdraft or surprise invoice if a public NextChat deployment gets abused.

Demon Route is built by NFT Demon Holdings LLC, one of the largest consulting firms in blockchain, AI, and quantum computing, serving celebrities and Fortune 500 companies. Because it uses OpenAI-compatible keys, integration is just a provider preset and model list. Happy to open a PR.
