SCT024 compatability and calibration question.

I currently have 2 SCT016s connected to my meter and working wonderfully.
I recently ordered a couple SCT024s from aliexpress (only place i could find them) for monitoring my mains.

However i think i may have ordered the wrong ones.
I ordered 200a-0.333v, i think i needed the 200a-1v (which i may still order depending on how this goes).

My question is is there any way to calibrate the .333v to work with my meter?
Or do i need to bit the bullet and get the 200a-1v Here
currently when wired in, it only ever shows about 1 amp max (no matter how much i tweak the parameters in the config file).
Fore reference CT2 is a SCT016 calibrated, CT3 is on the same circuit and supposedly been calibrated using the function in the home assistant device page.

You should have no problem using the 200A 0.33V CT's. You'll just need to cut the jumper on the back of the meter, which disables the on-board burden resistor. The voltage output CTs have their own burden resistor. After the jumper is cut, you'll be able to accurately calibrate the CTs.

Oh great, that's just following this image right? Just cut the middle with a razor blade to sever the connection between both ends?

Once I do so is there anything preventing me from soldering it back together if I use a differen CT in the future?.

Yep! That's correct. If you need to change what is plugged in later, you can just bridge the jumper with solder.

Ok i cut the jumpers on 5 and 6, and i am receiving higher amperage, but it still seems stuck around 9 amps.

For reference CT2 and 5 are on the same load

was the voltage/current offset calibration run? If so, clear that, and run the gain calibration for CT6 again.

If not, try adding this to your config:

- id: !extend ${main_meter_id2}
  gain_pga: 2X

this will increase the pga gain for CT's 3-6. Rerun the gain calibration for those 3 CTs.

no, it should not matter where this is added.

Note that there are some updates to the calibration system's log output that make it easier to understand that are now in beta ESPHome 2025.8.0

Awesome, Got it put in, i had to set the gain_pga to 4 and also set the CT current multiply to 2
but so far i'm seeing good alignment in the Amps, ill let it run all day and make sure they stay in sync
