CI govulncheck fails on main: 8 reachable vulns in stdlib (net/http, encoding/asn1), x/net, otel sdk/otlptrace, grpc. govulncheck now reports 0 reachable. Build, vet, tests pass. Signed-off-by: Shreyansh Sancheti <43677304+shreyanshjain7174@users.noreply.github.com>
