fix(web): schedule time column fits the longest range on one line

"6:15–6:30pm" wrapped onto two lines in the 5rem column. The column is
now 7rem, which holds the longest compact range ("11:30am–12:30pm"),
never wraps, and uses tabular figures so the times line up.
