…mail Sending 656d9e6 stubbed out sendCodingCatEmail to stop automated outreach, which also silently stopped sign-in codes and magic links: Better Auth ignored the false return, so /portal/[token] and /sign-in reported "code sent" while nothing was sent. Sign-in emails now go through the EMAIL binding (Cloudflare Email Sending, codingcat.dev is onboarded) from noreply@codingcat.dev and throw on failure, so the UI shows an error instead of a phantom success. Promotes #821 to production: portal and /sign-in OTP codes and magic links are sent from noreply@codingcat.dev via Cloudflare Email Sending, plus the biome lint/format fixes that were blocking CI.
