Video Workflow reloads Text Encoder, causing the entire thing to restart???

Hey everyone.
I updated my ComfyUI earlier today, and I'm having a strange issue that I've never had before and need some advice/help.

I have a first-last frame video workflow with 5 segments. Usually, I mute the downstream segments and work on 1 segment at a time. Once a segment is finished, I unmute the next section and begin working on that.

But for some reason, my ComfyUI will load the text encoder again, and restart the entire workflow.

I've never had this issue in the previous version I used, so I'm really confused on why this is happening.
none of the upstream segments have any parameters changed, it's just the text encoder re-loading causing this.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening??
