request for NON-UEB brf file #174

Which format are you having trouble with?
Braille BRF (git-going-with-github.brf)
What is the issue?
Their should be a non-UEB release of this file available for those individuals that wish to read it using non-UEB formatting.
Simply creating brf-UEB.py and brf-non-ueb.py and related actions to generate these files named as git-going-with-github-ueb.brv and git-going-with-github-non-ueb.brf.
What did you expect to happen?
non-ueb file request.

1.0.0

tested on the mantis, braille sense 6.

@stickbear2015, @taylorarndt, and all, if no one else can I can attempt to try to do something as well to resolve this. Puts my existing Copilot skills to work. :)

hey I've assigned @ChrisDuffley and @taylorarndt and myself to this issue for resolution. I was going to work on this during Lunch but the dog's demanded cuddles.

Yep, I'm figuring it out right now and even fixing some oddities in the US/UEB tables - PR coming soon! You're welcome!
