feat(release): add an EBAE braille file beside the UEB one - #261

build-brf.py takes --code ueb|ebae (UEB stays the default). The release and EPUB workflows now build git-going-with-github-ebae.brf, English Braille American Edition grade 2 (liblouis en-us-g2.ctb), alongside the UEB git-going-with-github.brf, whose name is unchanged. scripts/build-brf.pytakes--code uebor--code ebae. UEB stays the default, so existing calls behave the same.git-going-with-github-ebae.brf: English Braille American Edition, grade 2, from liblouisen-us-g2.ctb. The UEB file keeps its name, so existing links still work. The release notes table lists both.Tested locally with liblouis 3.29.0. The default output is byte-identical to
--code ueb, and EBAE output uses its own signs, for example dots 2-3-5-6 for both parentheses. An unknown code exits with an error.@ChrisDuffley mentioned fixing some oddities in the US and UEB tables. If that work is still in progress, it can build on this.
