BUFFON'S MATCH LAB - START HERE

1. Unzip the entire archive.
2. Open Buffons-Match-Lab.html in a modern browser.
   This is the self-contained numerical / Canvas edition. No install is needed.
3. Read README.md for controls, exports, reproducibility and optional setup.

OPTIONAL INSTALLABLE EDITION (Node.js 22+ and internet access to npm)
   npm install --ignore-scripts
   npm start
   Open the local address printed by the server.

IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT STATUS
The numerical engine and offline application were tested. The optional
Three.js / Rapier adapters are source-only in this package and could not be
engine-tested in the packaging environment. This is not a fully completed
87-requirement production product or a calibrated physical instrument.

Aggregate mode uses reference pi to sample model-based crossing counts.
It is not an independent discovery of pi or literal simulation of every body.
No physical-drop screenshots, vendor libraries or font files are bundled.

SHA256SUMS.txt checks delivered file integrity, not author identity.
