fix: set correct base-href and drop stale CNAME in web deploy workflow

Site is hosted as a GitHub Pages project page at /Cooketh-Flow/, but the
build used the default base-href of "/", breaking asset resolution. Also
removes a leftover CNAME write pointing at an unrelated custom domain.
