[Bug] Scheduler runtime/wait_time metrics not shown #242

Scheduler runtime metrics are not detected by the collector. The affected tracepoint is sched:sched_stat_runtime/sched:sched_stat_wait_time and it should track the execution execution of a task in nanoseconds.
