The coded terminal Q⁻¹ P D now has an explicit source-bound decoder: apply Q, the reversed inverse code word, then Q. It returns the independent DQ target with two additional rank-one jobs per owner. A one-pass variant returns D. The actual whole-K recoder, signed monomials, owned initialization/cleanup and expanded ADD ledger are implemented and checked at lifted widths, including genuinely noncommuting stages.
The session also caught #5464's new low-rank E adapters at 56ba6d7. A source-bound composition completes both H73 endpoints of its three-stage caller, while retaining the upstream physical contracts and charging all additional recodings and Gaussian work. The E inverse polynomial and nonunitary norm bound are explicit; K-only unitary/dyadic precision is not applied to E.
This does not improve κ. The whole-K p19 and new E completed bills both fail the exact moment test. The positive contribution is a complete paid endpoint adapter and sufficient precision schedules; profitable closure remains open. The E provider's complete 41-file replay and outer TM/stock/compiler admission are not newly supplied.
Verification: canonical package metadata/provenance validation and both registered normal/optimized commands pass. Checks cover every scalar K² entry, actual signed lifts and recovery, inverse-order/Gaussian/phase mutations, literal event charges, 27 exact rational rounding fixtures, and directed rational invoice bounds. No Lean kernel or hosted Linux CI claim.
